Currently leading the Asia Pacific resiliency consulting practice for IBM, he has previously held leadership roles at Ernst and Young, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, and Australia and New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ). He is passionate not only about organisational resilience but also about the social justice outcomes that advancing reformist, well-conceived and executed public and private policy can achieve.
